I want to showcase all of the outsider work I can find here on deviantart.
All up & coming street artists should submit their works no matter what skill level or area of expertise, this group isn't about judging your work, more looking at the meaning behind it and furthermore trying to make people see that it is still art nonetheless.
Also I would be interested in photographers submitting photos of works found in the streets or gallerys, giving credit to the artist when doing so of course.

Furthermore, id like this group to be used as a place where like minded individuals can meet. This hopefully will lead to everyone sharing their work, giving us some background detail on how they did it & what it means.
Also id like it if people could share tips & tricks, any cool spots where their from & general things of interest, such as exhibitions at gallerys etc.

Why did all my submissions expired in the last time ? It would have been better if you declined them instead of letting them expire . To let submissions expire shows the admins are inactive , have lost interest in the group ... MAKES NO SENSE TO STAY ! THIS GROUP IS DEAD !

No prob !! Don't know why people on dA are founding groups when they have no time/interest to keep 'em running ! Truly annoying !
A short check to see if a group's running is to take a look on the homepage of it and checkout the comments . If the latest comments are back in time for more than 3-4month it's usually kind of dead . Or/and check out the gallery when the latest submissions are accepted . It's the same here , if it's longer ago than 3month it shows inactive admins .

yeah that is total bullshit what you say. if you would be running a street art group with sub categories you would realize how many people cant read or wrongly submit stuff. it is fucking pain in the arse and on the downside stuff expires. so get over it!

I send in photos to the street art photography-folder ... for sure a big mistake !! No man , you are wrong ! At last if you are interested in the submissions even if they are send in to a wrong folder , why didn't you gave me a shout ? It's NOT the first time my subs expired . Check the log . I'm part of head admins in a few bigger groups (+1000members) so you don't need to explain your trouble with a 200 members group !
I joined this group to spread graffiti and street art . To get people in the streets interested in it , hope to change their minds by showing how good it looks in the streets . Or what message the respective artist wants to announce with his pastes , stickers aso . And i want to share it with the other artists to give inspiration . It is not vandalism in MY eyes . Checkout my gallery - i love all the different kinds of street art .
Your way to run this group is annoying ... if you LIKE street art / graffiti you should change your style of leadership !

I dont know maybe you dont have a live or are retired and all you do is hang out here. Do you think you are the only person that submits stuff to a group. I dont know I cant be fucked to go through all this stuff so yeah maybe somestuff expires sometimes... gee it is just a group in the internet. not changing or touching the world.. I am not running this group (outsiders-Art) I just commented because it sounded like whining. dude you are a photographer dont tell me about street art the only important thing is that it is on the street, to be seen by people in the street, to interact with them. a photo is just a photo is just a photo.
